Siren London’s Wellness Day
At Siren, wellness isn’t a standalone initiative, it’s embedded in how we think, collaborate and design.
To begin the year with clarity and purpose, our London studio took part in a dedicated Wellness Day in February. Rather than approaching planning through traditional meetings or presentations, the day was intentionally structured to create space, mentally and physically, for reflection and alignment.
The team moved through three guided sessions: breathwork, meditation and a sound bath. Each designed to slow the pace, encourage presence and shift perspective.
This change in environment created a different kind of conversation.
Without the constraints of a typical meeting setting, individuals felt more open to share their thoughts, not only around work objectives, but personal goals, challenges and ambitions for the year ahead. By voicing these intentions collectively, the team established a shared sense of accountability, rooted in support rather than pressure.
The outcome was not just a set of plans, but a stronger alignment across the studio, both professionally and personally.
This approach continues beyond a single day.
Since the start of the year, the London team has introduced a daily 3pm reset. For 10–15 minutes, the studio steps away from desks to stretch, move or take a mindful pause. A small but consistent practice that reinforces focus, wellbeing and connection throughout the working day.
At Siren, we believe the environments we create are only as strong as the mindset behind them.
By prioritising balance, clarity and wellbeing within our own teams, we’re better equipped to design spaces that genuinely support the people who use them.
