BW is a forward-thinking fit-out specialist, known for its disruptive energy, collaborative culture and commitment to quality across the built environment.
Siren was engaged to design a workplace that reflects BW’s personality while supporting growth, flexibility and day-to-day performance. The space needed to balance function with a strong experiential identity, creating an environment that feels both professional and unexpected.
Located on Level 3 at The Carter, the project draws from BW’s identity as innovators within construction. The concept, Celebrating Construction, reinterprets the language of materials, detailing and making, bringing it into a refined workplace setting. Rather than a singular aesthetic, the design embraces curated variation, expressing the diversity of the industry itself.
The arrival sequence unfolds as a series of “mini-environments” along a continuous joinery intervention, revealing moments of contrast and discovery. Each space offers a distinct atmosphere, from hospitality-led lounge settings to more focused work zones. As users move through the space, the experience shifts between energy, interaction and calm, mirroring BW’s dynamic way of working.
Siren translated BW’s personality into a layered spatial language, combining material honesty with crafted detailing. Architectural gestures, such as the stainless steel ribbon, both unify the space and celebrate its construction. A balance of bold interventions and refined finishes ensures the design feels confident without being overworked.
The design aligns BW’s brand, culture and workspace into a cohesive experience that feels authentic and engaging. Each element, from joinery to zoning, reinforces the narrative of construction as both process and expression. The result is a workplace that not only reflects BW’s identity but actively supports how they operate and grow.
From exposed construction-inspired detailing to highly adaptable work environments, the project celebrates craft at every scale. Sustainability is embedded through material choices, circular furniture strategies and biophilic design, creating a space that is as responsible as it is expressive.
