The vision was to adapt the firm’s global office style while incorporating Singaporean elements, creating a refreshed, modern workspace that enhances collaboration, employee experience and productivity.
Our designers worked closely with the client-side design team to deliver to the global design standards. The objective was to optimise the floorplate to meet capacity, departmental requirements and user needs – all whilst maintaining flexibility for future growth.
The greatest challenge of the project was working on a tight timeframe within multiple time zones. To overcome this we set up parallel workstreams and clear communication channels – leveraging the time difference to respond quickly to emails and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring milestones were met without compromising quality.
