T.EN Genesis represents a forward-thinking energy business, driven by adaptability, innovation and a commitment to evolving alongside global demands.
Siren was engaged to deliver a flexible, future-ready workplace aligned with ESG ambitions and capable of supporting two interconnected business entities. The space needed to balance collaboration, performance and a strong client-facing presence.
Located at 100 Fetter Lane, the workplace spans two levels within a next-generation, all-electric building. The concept draws from the idea of energy as dynamic and responsive, translating this into a spatial language of movement, adaptability and flow.
Movement through the space is intuitive, shifting between focused work zones and collaborative environments. A central social hub anchors the experience, encouraging interaction and connection. Flexible meeting environments allow the space to continuously evolve throughout the day.
Flexibility is embedded at every level through the introduction of Adjustable Meeting Rooms, modular spaces that adapt to changing needs. Materials, systems and layouts are designed to support both performance and wellbeing. Sustainability is integrated through responsible material selection and reuse strategies.
The design connects T.EN Genesis’ identity with a workplace that actively supports how their teams operate. Global and local perspectives are aligned through a cohesive yet responsive design language. The result is a space that feels both unified and adaptable.
From reconfigurable room systems to circular furniture strategies, the project demonstrates how flexibility and sustainability can work hand in hand. Delivered under complex stakeholder conditions, it stands as a testament to collaboration and resilience.
