The Role

This is your opportunity to work across a range of creative projects and mentor a growing Revit documentation team across the globe, working closely with the Design Directors and Project Leads within a vibrant and friendly community. The global REVIT Practice Lead can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore and will be responsible for:

  • own and evolve the Revit documentation standards, processes and technology for all Siren Studios
  • direct, train and mentor the documentation team, supporting them to improve their skills and efficiency
  • ensuring efficient, accurate and high-quality CAD and REVIT documentation across a range of creative projects
  • provide training to our designers, uplifting their documentation knowledge and skills
  • work closely with creatives to capture the design intent and aesthetic within the documentation
  • conduct QA on projects to ensure all quality standards are being met, any risks are highlighted and work collaboratively to solve these
  • stay informed on documentation software and how they work with CAD and REVIT, and manage the evaluation and upkeep of related software and technologies
  • work hands-on drafting key projects

What you bring

  • team player and inspiring leader
  • proven experience within an interior design or architectural practice as a documentation leader
  • ability to provide direction and coach to more junior members of the team
  • ability to work with highly creative team, detailing custom and unique fit outs
  •  ideally trained as an architect or a technician, with strong construction/buildability knowledge
  • advanced skills in REVIT with in-depth knowledge of all features, capabilities, efficiency and best practice and integration with 3D visualisation tools.
  • good working knowledge of CAD.
  • a stickler for attention to detail and adherence to standards
  • proactive, efficient, solutions-focused and well organised
  • collaborative and committed to embracing a strong family team culture
  • 3D visualisation skills are very highly regarded
