Entry to a building has never been so important. It sets the first impression and should serve to guide you intuitively to your destination.
83 Clarence St Sydney is a premium 22 storey commercial office tower in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Lendlease’s design brief was to revitalise the lobby, creating a space that would be both highly functional whilst also creating a dynamic and productive third space for tenants.
Our response was to first maximise the abundant light within the space whilst creating warm and intimate spaces to meet and gather.
The selection of bespoke furniture, along with refined and natural material selections was purposeful. The intent was to transform this open space into something which feels comfortable and human.
The transformation includes beautiful details such as rendered wall panels, a premium stone floor, a custom-designed concierge desk, integrated joinery meeting booths and striking feature batten ceilings.
