As part of the ongoing evolution of this landmark asset, Blackstone sought out Siren Design to revitalise its grand sky lobby with close collaboration with its primary, and newly renewed tenant, JP Morgan.
Siren created a new approach to allow both a dedicated JP Morgan and main building concierge service to work seamlessly within the zone. Additionally, a third-space co-work area provided a variety of individual and meeting spaces for tenants, the public, and supporting the existing cafe.
The design allowed for ultimate flexibility, with the ability to transform to an open events space.
