Penny Sloane

Global CEO

Penny is the Global CEO and co-founder of Siren Design Group Singapore and has been with Siren since its inception in 2005. She has propelled the Singapore business which launched in 2012 from a disruptive start-up to the region’s leading interior design consultancy creating award-winning projects for some of the most innovative brands in the world. Driven to challenge the norm, and with a thirst for knowledge, Penny is known for finding the sweet spot between innovation and practicality and the combination is compelling. Penny holds a double degree in Interior Design and International Studies and is recognised as one of the industry’s leading creatives with numerous awards under her belt.

Elena Panagiotidis

Managing Director, London

With more than 23 years of experience in workplace design, Elena is an Interior Designer who specializes in commercial interiors and retail environments. Her design approach centers on prioritizing human well-being, sustainability, and social equity. With extensive expertise in team leadership and management, she demonstrates a strong knack for creative problem-solving and building successful client partnerships through collaborative endeavors. Elena consistently achieves project completion within designated timelines, budget constraints, and with a commitment to exceptional quality. As the Managing Director of the London Studio, Elena brings an impressive track record and wealth of experience to her role.

Nicole Pollak

Managing Director Australia & Co-Founder, Melbourne

Nicole is the Australian Managing Director and co-founder of the Siren Design Melbourne practice which was established in 2014. Nicole has a passion for creating spaces that shape how the users of a space feel and function. Nicole's skills are to get to the heart of things and understand the way people tick, and then translate that into innovative design. Against a backdrop of rapidly developing technology, she believes in clever design that responds to the increasing need for flexibility, collaboration and connection with each other as well as the natural environment. Siren Design in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are award-winning practices grounded in the Siren purpose: to enable people to thrive. Nicole plays a pivotal role in leading Siren on a mission to use our creativity to inspire businesses to care for the planet.

Junlong Lin

Managing Director, Singapore

Known as the 'Zen Master', Junlong's speedy, yet cool and calm nature is greatly valued in our fast-paced industry, especially by his team of designers. A natural leader and mentor, Junlong knows the value of investing time and energy to actively manage and inspire his team, sharing his learnings and developing their knowledge. Junlong graduated from Temasek Design School in Singapore and has over 18 years of professional experience across a wide range of sectors, with a specialisation in corporate interior design. Widely known across the industry, Junlong has an approachable nature and is as comfortable in a conversation with a client as he is with a contractor. A firm believer of thriving in adversity, he believes every life’s hard lesson and tough situation makes one grow and harness their strength even further.
