According to Penny Sloane, Global CEO, Siren Design Group: ‘I have worked with Nicole since she first started at Siren 10 years ago. This is a natural career progression and I know she will take on the challenge with relish. Nicole will be the first point of contact for the Australian studios whilst also linking into our global team of designers who are currently collaborating on projects in London, Greece, Vietnam, Korea and Singapore. Nicole and I feel passionate about the teams being more connected and I can’t wait to see where she takes this. We first brainstormed this role a year ago and felt that 2024 was the right time to implement it.’

Nicole Pollak states: ‘I’ve loved driving and developing the Siren business in Melbourne for the past decade and it’s a privilege to be able to step up and lead the Australian team as a whole, I’m excited and ready to embark on the next chapter at Siren. My passion has always been about understanding our Sirens, our clients and their businesses in depth, and combining those learnings to create spaces that are uniquely designed for connection, community and culture. It excites me to be developing my role to further impact, enhance and unify Siren Design’s community and connections, enabling even more seamless collaboration  across the studios.’
