Centuria engaged Siren in collaboration with Intermain to design their new office in a way that redefined the classic. The brief from the was to create a showcase space that was to be a true reflection of Centuria’s brand and achievement over the past 35 years.
As soon as you enter the new space, there is an immediate maturity and high-end boutique feel. The layout was designed to enhance the stunning 360 degree views of Sydney from the 41st floor of Chifley Tower, whilst also creating an intimate yet welcoming space for Centuria to bring their clients into.
A rich neutral palette was used throughout with feature stone, timbers and leathers along with a mix of hand detailing to joinery and quality sourced furniture and fittings to create the luxurious and refined space Centuria were seeking. Feature lighting and styling elements were all details the client asked Siren to provide to create a complete package experience for staff and clients to enjoy.
